Will not warn you about missing/out of stock ingredients. When you complain that something is missing from your sandwich, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do about it.
Lindsey served me, she had the worst attitude. Asked me for a tip and then was rude when I did not give one. Not the service I expected from Ferris State Erbs and Gerbs.
Staff is awful. I was given a mayo sandwich with sliced rat on top.
