I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total.
Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.
Went tonight to the one on 54th and Clyde Park. Mike greeted us with a hello. He's very nice and helpful. Took very good care of us! Our order was spot on! Thanks Mike, for a job well done!!
