You have the poster child for the "Perfect Server"her name is Patty and I will just say this,she is the most attentive,cheerful,happy(seems like it)cares about her customers,seems to really know her stuff,she knows how to interact with people a real people pleaser,seems to help her fellow servers,seems extremely committed to her job... My family and I ADORE her,will DEFINITELY be back to see PATTY!!! She's AMAZING ?
Our family came in bummed out tonight, and left smiling! We had traveled an hour and a half to our son's basketball game to discover it had been cancelled. It was dinnertime, so we decided to come to Chili's. Our server Santa and the rest of the staff sympathized with our situation, and everyone took great care of us with prompt seating, delicious food, and genuine care. Totally recommended!
