The floors were so sticky.
They refused to take a $100 for a $50 plus order. What business refused money blows my mind. Will go to Dennys next time.
12 minutes to get our order only to realize they sent out the wrong fries and forgot to include my drink! This was our 1st visit to a Steak n Shake. Service ruined the experience.
