10 STARS if I could.
My first time to this location because I am passing through from Mackinac Island. Kalli was so kind, patience and nice even though she saw that the line was getting long. She kept her cool and poise. I know that working in the customer service industry these days is a nightmare, so I am thankful and grateful that she can still manage to make my day a little better.
Great hire manager. She definitely need a raise.

Starbucks is a cozy spot to warm up with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee, particularly during Michigan's cold winter months. The hot chocolate in lattes is a standout, and customers appreciate the dark interior atmosphere. Friendly employees, such as the patient and kind staff member Kalli, provide excellent customer service. The cafe offers a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, making it a great spot to grab a cup.
