Ordering an extra hot mint mocha, got a watered down barely hot unflavored something. 5 minutes later after asking to remake it, it came luke warm. I came today to this location because the Gezon location gave me two black bears, the wrong order. Seriously, are all the locations this bad? I'm starting to wonder ? So many reviews I have left and nobody reads them,l or gets back to the customer. Time to go to Starbucks I guess. Sad... Hope this company loses everything!
