“My daughter and I stopped here for a treat a few days ago. She is young but was intrigued by my coffee when our order came up and decided to sneak a sip while waiting for her cookie crumble. When she picked the cup up she squeezed, the lid popped off, and iced coffee went EVERYWHERE. The staff here were so quick to jump to help. We were trying to mop it up and she was close to tears but they got her all calmed down, gave her “extra” whipped cream on her drink, and re-made mine so quickly. I couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing young people working that day. They took a possibly very bad situation, removed all guilt, and fixed the issue before any real trauma was inflicted. I was shocked and in awe of their teamwork and efficiency. Thank you for being so amazing!“
