“Great coffee shop in Ada! My husband and I both got cold brew with cold foam and my kids got the lemon sorbet. Cold brew had excellent flavor. Best lemon sorbet I've ever had and thats our go to flavor. It was so smooth and creamy, a lot of times lemon tends to get icy, not this one! Highly recommend.“

“We went to the Mudpenny in Ada for dinner. It was probably the worst food ever presented. The trout was overcooked almost to a dried consistency, the grain had wimpy mushrooms and no taste, completely left off the tomatoes, the drink was very small and over priced. We feel robbed!!!! The bill was split and it came to just under $50.oo for each person!! What a joke!! I want my money back!!“

“The team here is incredible—friendly, hardworking, and doing their absolute best in a busy environment. However, management is failing them. I received a hard, stale biscuit twice in a row. It is 2026, and we all know how difficult it is to find and keep a great service team; management should be supporting these workers by ensuring quality control. Instead, the staff is left to deal with the fallout of systematic failures. To the workers: thank you for your hustle. To management: do better.“

“This is a really intriguing coffee and ice cream shop. The coffee shop is not open as long as the ice cream shop. I think it closes most days around 2 or 3.
They have a lot of seating inside and outside with a whole deck up the side of the hill that is covered and looks like it's for events. We stopped here after dropping off family at the airport before driving 2 hours home. It gave my toddler a chance to run around outside while I got coffee. We also enjoyed one of their homemade organic blueberry muffins and it was so delicious.“

“I moved out of Grand Rapids 10 years ago and have missed my seafoam from Sweetlands! imagine my surprise when I found out they will ship it! I just got my 2 lbs of seafoam today (1 milk chocolate. and 1 dark chocolate.) It came fast and in perfect condition and it tastes oh so good!!! The best!“

His attentive service truly made the visit stand out. The atmosphere is inviting and well-suited for both small gatherings and larger groups, offering a comfortable space to relax or connect. Another big plus is the ample parking available, making it convenient for everyone. Overall, Mahala Coffee is a place I highly recommend—for the quality, the environment, and especially the outstanding service from Batsi.“

“Lots of options and AMAZING customer service. Brought the whole family to try the tea, breeze drinks and sweet treats, everything was great! The location is clean, adorable decorations and they honestly had the most friendly staff who were patient, kind, and took time to answer our questions and explain the different options. “My daughter and I stopped here for a treat a few days ago. She is young but was intrigued by my coffee when our order came up and decided to sneak a sip while waiting for her cookie crumble. When she picked the cup up she squeezed, the lid popped off, and iced coffee went EVERYWHERE. The staff here were so quick to jump to help. We were trying to mop it up and she was close to tears but they got her all calmed down, gave her “extra” whipped cream on her drink, and re-made mine so quickly. I couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing young people working that day. They took a possibly very bad situation, removed all guilt, and fixed the issue before any real trauma was inflicted. I was shocked and in awe of their teamwork and efficiency. Thank you for being so amazing!“

“I am a loyal Biggby customer and only get my coffee at Biggby these days. This is my favorite Biggby in the Grand Rapids area! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week. On my way to work and sometimes even take the 20 minute drive on my days off (even though I have a BIGGBY around the corner from my house) Their service is always on point, they always make my drink right and they are so freaking fast! Their speed never changes the quality of my drink, and they are the nicest staff I have ever met! I think I have been served by just about everybody there now… And there is not a single bad apple in that crowd! This whole location deserves a raise!!!“
“I love this great quaint but convenient neighborhood friendly location�. This location has also served as a great spot to meet up with friends for an early Sunday morning bike ride. We actually have nicknamed our ride the Starbucks Grande as we ride 16 miles starting and finishing at this location! “Yesterday, around lunch time- I went to this particular Bigbys for the very first time, but it definitely will not be my last time coming here. I honestly cannot believe how kind the two girls working the drive through were to me. Customer service is a virtue these days and the two young ladies working were amazing and kind. My parents own a business nearby and I shared with them how kind your staff were to me and I think that we all agreed that we will be visiting Cascade Bigbys much more often after yesterday. 5 ⭐️s!“

Busy location as right by lots of other shopping Costco, Aldi's and the highway on ramp. Great for strollers and wheel chairs. They have a drive thru that also stays busy. Parking in the lot with other stores.“
“We went through the drive through this morning and received the best customer service - we had asked for a Biggby point card after we had already paid for our drinks. The barista was unsure if she could still point them, which we didn’t mind - but another employee overheard and came over to show her how we could still receive the points after payment! It was so kind when they could have just let us drive off. small gestures like that are why we love this location!“

We have met the owner of this establishment, and she is lovely. The sandwiches and teas are amazing. I particularly liked the cucumber dill and salmon finger sandwich!
