The staff is always attentive and efficient, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, unlike the Jenison location on Chicago Drive. This morning, due to travel constraints, I was forced to use the Chicago Drive location's drive-thru, which resulted in an unacceptable delay. I opted to pick up my online order inside, specifying a frozen coffee with four extra pumps of caramel. Instead, I received a vanilla bean Coolatta and encountered rudeness when I corrected the error. Furthermore, the extra caramel pumps were omitted. Consequently, I visited my preferred Byron Center location, where I was immediately greeted and, after explaining the situation, offered a complimentary correction with a sincere apology. Although the lobby tends to be a little dirty at times, I know they're doing their best. Cheers to the baristas at this location! And they can't control the pricing from corporate or the economy!“
