“let me start off by saying that I LOVE wildroast. There coffee is amazing. but the drive through is hit or miss with service. we just left there and waited at the first window for awhile before driving up to the second window where 2 kids were talking. the girl finally waited on us then got our order wrong. I feel like half the time at the drive through I have to drive around so that they will see me and what on me.“

“It’s been under new management since 2021 and is leaps and bounds better than it used to be. Delicious fresh hot food and friendly staff!“
“Best starbucks coffee in GR. Yes for some reason they really have the best coffee and service. Never a long wait and the order has been correct every order. This location could train the starbucks stand alone stores in customer service and how to make coffee:-). We drink a lot of coffee and have visited about every starbucks in the GR area and this location is awesome!“

“Every time I go in to the Starbucks I never seem to know what I want to order. The staff is always patient and nice to me during my time of crisis of trying to properly order. I enjoy having a Starbucks in a Target in my neighborhood so I can kill two birds with one stone with caffeine lol“
“I gave some Littlefoot Coffee to a coworker for Christmas and he just told me how great the coffee was, asked where to buy it, and said his wife is hooked! You can't go wrong giving this coffee as gifts - to others or yourself!“

“Honestly curious to know why the drive thru has been so slow lately is their training going on a shortage? I don't think you should have to wait 15 min+ for a coffee? Service used to be great here a few months ago but lately it is so so very slow. also it won't let me give them a one star on the review because I really don't recommend.“
