We are hoping, though, that you’ll increase your labor budgets on weekends to curb the construction chaos—so we don’t have to go all the way to Byron Center on Saturdays and Sundays. Great crew, not their fault, but please consider doubling up to improve operations until the construction dust settles. She is an amazing employee who always greets us with a smile. sorry we didnt catch her name. But the 8:30 to 8:45 morning shift is where you will find her.“

“This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! “Stopped in today May 6th with my friend for our free coffee for Nurses Week. Everyone working was so friendly and welcoming. They were genuinely happy to make us our coffees. Thank you! Also, Dunkin was the only restaurant in the Grandville area that followed through with honoring their “freebie for nurses”.“

“This was such a fun little activity for the day. The cats are great to play with while enjoying a beverage or snack. Great place to come and relax/get some feline therapy. I also love that it allows people to meet the cat in an environment they are fairly comfortable in before adopting. Definitely would recommend visiting!“
