Staff is less than excited to wait on customers. I have seen this multiple times at the Meijer Knapp location. Add more chatting than focus on drink making

I’ve always liked this Starbucks, but in my last visit the barista forgot to put ice in my cold brew, leaving me with room temperature coffee? I’ll keep coming, hoping that it won’t happen again, but Starbucks is way too overpriced for mediocre service
