This is one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Even though they're busy with walkins and a drive thru, they're quick and accurate with your order. Very friendly associates too, with managers working the floor to check on customers. I wish they had this kind of service out West. Will be back if I'm ever in town again.
The mobile ordering needs a major overhaul. I had a very frustrating experience at Starbucks this morning. I don't typically go there on my way to work, but stopped in to get a drink for a coworker. Seeing there was only one person in line, I decided I had plenty of time. After ordering my drink, I waited and waited as the barista made TWELVE other drinks that were for mobile orders. I'm not one to do this at all but I am currently sitting in my car extremely frustrated.
