The staff is very rude. They were talking at the pickup window, blocking my way as I tried to ask for a pack of sugar. When he finally saw me, he looked at me like I was bothering him and asked, 'Can I help you?' with an unpleasant tone. I simply asked for what I needed and left. So much for the 'friendly people' I experienced before at that Starbucks. Everything has changed. Don't waste your time there. It's better to find another coffee shop!

So, when Starbucks is inside of Meijer, staffed by Meijer employees not Starbucks payrolled employees, customers are not allowed to tip the employees which is disgusting and such an extremely low standard, for a company that pride themselves on standards. Absolutely no reason why an employee making a Meijer wage shouldn’t receive a tip.I had them throw my drink out and I went somewhere else. I don’t support corporations that do this and steal from their own employees. It really sad so extremely low standard for the employee and for the customers. And for what Starbucks represents.I was a bartender for many years and made $13 bucks an hour plus tips, Meijer should be ashamed, however is obviously very proud of their decisions.

I was in the bathroom 4/16 around 5pm. The barista came in to use the bathroom too and didn't even wash his hands.

It was really busy here this Sunday afternoon, but the baristo/as (guys and girls) were very pleasant and kept us updated on when our orders were coming. Drinks were very good.

I'm not one to do this at all but I am currently sitting in my car extremely frustrated. I went and ordered two of the same flavored lattes and when I got them, they did not have any syrup in them (I get the same drink every time). I walked in and asked if they could be remade with the syrup and the young man who was asked to remake them was asking ME how to make them as the other employees stood by. I, again, received the same drink with even more milk and no syrup..... I don't blame the young man at all but I don't understand why no one was willing to help him and I can't get myself to go back in and ask for another one. I will not be returning to this Starbucks but I really hope that the manager sees this and initiates a culture of helping one another when a fellow employee appears to be struggling or has questions.

This Starbucks is not up to par. I ordered a caramel cloud macchiato with light ice and almond milk, but I received a glass full of ice with a little coffee and caramel in it. I couldn't tell if almond milk was even used because I prefer it for nutrition purposes, but imagine if a lactose intolerant individual ordered that and they messed up due to the lack of ability to follow simple instructions. The cloud part was non-existent as there was none of the sweet cream on top either. Also my fiancee received a cold brew that tasted like fruit juice instead of coffee. I'm not sure where they went wrong but this place has a ways to go before it meets the standard.

The coffee was too strong for me, the seating area was cold, and this place is over priced. Parking is limited and I do not plan on returning to this establishment.

Anticipate punctuality issues if you show up at opening time. This morning a staff member waited in his car until a co-worker arrived, delaying opening by 10 min, told my husband an employee slept in.
