This has become one of my favorite SB locations. Staff is very efficient, welcoming, and attentive. Someone always greets you when you walk through the door. Based on this, I would guess management is doing something right.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service lately. My boyfriend went to go get me some Starbucks for Mother’s Day and he asked for an iced drink and they made it hot and he told them at the window but they said they couldn’t fix it because they had 5 cars behind him… and lately every time I order in the drive through, I’m always getting cut off while I’m saying my order and then my drink ends up getting messed up.

Been here a couple times since it opened both inside and drive through. Always got great service from the people working and my drinks have always been good. I did go to get a coffee one day and there was a sign that it was closed so that was weird. Also, first time I went in the person used my start even though I was saving them because I was literally 3 stars away from 400 so I could get a free bag of coffee.
