This has become one of my favorite SB locations. Staff is very efficient, welcoming, and attentive. Someone always greets you when you walk through the door. Based on this, I would guess management is doing something right.

I have a special needs child, who I have taken here for some time. I always get my special needs child pup cup of whip cream and have the barista put some kind of sprinkle on it or chocolate chip on top because it brings my child happiness. Today the manager Sierra said that this can no longer happen. I am shocked that this monopoly of an industry can't even put sprinkles on whip cream for a special needs child. This entity and it's staff needs to take a step back, and look at what is important. I pray that this doesn't happen again or to anyone else.

Friendly staff but my drink is never right. I don't even order anything special, just a menu item. It never tastes the same and half the time doesn't have any flavor at all. This location is extremely convenient for me so I keep coming back but I think I'm done.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service lately. My boyfriend went to go get me some Starbucks for Mother’s Day and he asked for an iced drink and they made it hot and he told them at the window but they said they couldn’t fix it because they had 5 cars behind him… and lately every time I order in the drive through, I’m always getting cut off while I’m saying my order and then my drink ends up getting messed up.
Very fast, friendly and beautiful atmosphere to sit in for breakfast coffee.

Been here a couple times since it opened both inside and drive through. Always got great service from the people working and my drinks have always been good. I did go to get a coffee one day and there was a sign that it was closed so that was weird. Also, first time I went in the person used my start even though I was saving them because I was literally 3 stars away from 400 so I could get a free bag of coffee. The person was newer and used my stars even though I said I did not want to. They voided it and I got the money back and repurchased the drink. They told me the stars would come back but it could take a day or two. I literally waited a week and never got the 150 stars back so I had to call customer service to get them.

ain’t even open yet and somehow the rudest people I’ve ever met? gave me a dirty look walking all the way up bc I was unaware they weren’t open, and then didn’t say anything to me until after I had already tried to order bc I was so confused why they were looking at me like that and they were silent. Like idk girlies maybe put a sign out next time lmao, do better queens.
