“I ordered 3 Sweet Almond pretzels yesterday at this location (second time ever at any Auntie Anne's) and the worker had to make them. It didn't take long and I appreciated they were fresh.

I heard great things about this pretzel and couldn't wait to try it. I enjoyed mine on the way home and the other two were for my Husband and Mother.

My Mom's was quite burnt on the bottom. (All were, but the one she got was worst) so unfortunately she didn't really care for it.

My Husband and I found them very enjoyable, even a little extra done on the bottoms.

This is the only reason I am knocking off a star. The service and the location were great otherwise... (especially with a connected Cinnabon!)”

“We were walking by and asked if they were closed and then they said yes. But then DL working register said he could still make me something. I thought it was very nice of him to go out of his way to make something after being all cleaned up!”

“My daughter and I stopped here for a treat a few days ago. She is young but was intrigued by my coffee when our order came up and decided to sneak a sip while waiting for her cookie crumble. When she picked the cup up she squeezed, the lid popped off, and iced coffee went EVERYWHERE. The staff here were so quick to jump to help. We were trying to mop it up and she was close to tears but they got her all calmed down, gave her “extra” whipped cream on her drink, and re-made mine so quickly. I couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing young people working that day. They took a possibly very bad situation, removed all guilt, and fixed the issue before any real trauma was inflicted. I was shocked and in awe of their teamwork and efficiency. Thank you for being so amazing!”
