Vegetarian options: Best baked spinach artichoke dish ever! Better than homemade. The walley fish selection was awesome. Dittoes for the buttered pasta dish. Fish and chips...kind of small portion ...fish was excellent not so the fries. Bravo to whoever handles the kitchen!“

“We are a Greek family and love the Greek dishes that Leo's Coney Island offers. We have dined there frequently, often bring friends. The food is always good and the service fantastic. That being said; however, we have decided not to dine there any longer during the cold months, as the owner chooses to keep the dining room quite frigid. We heat our home at 68 degrees and are comfortable at that temp. We have tried mutliptle visits to Leo's Coney Island this winter...and each time the dining room has always been uncomfortablly chilly. When we pay to go out to eat, dining with our winter coats on and still being cold is not a relaxing or enjoyable dining experience. We gave it another try last night visiting around 5:30pm (hoping the furnace was turned up). The dining area was extremely C-O-L-D! This could be why there were not many customers there? We asked the waitress if the heat could be turned up, and she replied, "No, the only person allowed to adjust the temperature is the owner, and he is not here". NOTE to Owner: Saving money by turning down the heat in the cold of winter does not provide a pleasant dining experience for your customers and certainly cannot be good for your business! “Came in to grab a quick lunch as I have countless times before. We love Corelife for their super yummy, relatively healthy options.
When I got in line I immediately picked up on a a different vibe than we usually get from the staff here. Some general bickering and clumsy communication between employees, but I get that there’s those moments in every workplace. The poor communication did result in one of my items getting missed, and that was a bit of a disappointment too since I was waiting for a while. However I wanted to take time to write this review because the manager made up for it without hesitation and even took some off my bill for the trouble. Having worked in the service industry myself, I know that there are off-days everywhere, and I just really appreciated their amazing recovery and the awesome attitude I saw from all of the staff by the end of my visit. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. “We were seated right away. Our waitress was Nikki. She was excellent. Took our order and checked on us several times to make sure everything was good. I had steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked to perfection. The grilled shrimp was amazing. My husband had salmon and shrimp. The salmon was very moist and seasoned very well. Great place to eat.“

“It was June, 2024. My 2 sisters were helping me move on a hot day. We asked and actually WERE allowed to sit on the deck outside. Our server's name was Amber! She was AMAZING! So kind and personable. She was clever and funny. Her service was great. If Amber still is working there, ask for her! Also, love that this place has a deck....but wouldn't take too much money to sand and re-stain the deck, put some large plants out there, may be some speakers for music. Even a few outside large area rugs would liven the place up. Also at night....I hope you have some fun lighting out there! This is an area in your restaurant for a huge opportunity that I believe will bring lots of business there in Michigan's 3 warm seasons. Also, may want to pick a theme for the deck...a style. Maybe have a sidebar out there where customers can get extra napkins, more ketchup/mustard/mayo, etc. Some cool posters on the exterior wall of your building. The deck needs some love. Once again, food was very good, and Amber, our server, was excellent. Thank you and I wish you many more years of business here in Middleville!!!“

“Such a very cool and exciting space right in Breton village. Many vegan and dairy free options available for my lactose intolerant stomach to digest, which makes me VERY happy. The walls and decor and overall vibe are so eccentric and inviting.the siracha honey glaze on the pretzel sticks are absolutely delicious as was the southwest chicken bowl and the vegan donut sundae. Definetley worth coming in and checking out if you haven't tried it!“
