A couple had their teenage kids sitting at the bar which took up two chairs ... Ended up sitting at a table instead ...not a fan of tables. Also noticed little kids playing on the pool tables which in my day both of these issues was a heck no! The bar setting is nice just needs a little better management
Decided to swing in here on the way home from a sporting event. It was a bit busy, but we decided to give it a shot, as we were in no hurry. After a bit of a wait, we ordered our food and noticed there was a serious lag in the food coming out and customers were starting to get upset. Once again, we made the decision to wait it out. We have always loved the food at Red's, but the service has always been hit and miss.
Today was a huge miss!!
Sunday, not busy and we waited 40 mins for our order.
I probably would not have put a review out, but when they only took off $3 on our check, we needed to post this.
The reason was they got slammed yesterday. Doesn't seem like an excuse to slack today. The person in charge could have made more of an effort to make it right.
We will not be going back.
