“We stop here fairly regularly. I've always liked the food. It's casual but better than chain or regular bar food. This time I tried their "adult Mac and cheese with chicken".
It was unusualy a disappointment. The chef used cheddar as one of their cheeses so the dish wasn't creamy. The Cheddar made it stringy and greasy. Perhaps the texture was what they were going for in the dish. I just didn't care for it.
This will in no means stop or slow my patronage. I just thought that dish could have been much better.

Parking: They're busy and the lot gets full. Minimal handicap parking for my wife.“

“This was our first time here. My husband and I came in after a long day at work. We were met with a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff were very warm and friendly and all seemed relaxed. Our food was delicious my husband had to he Chef choice burger and I had the salmon, OMG it was delicious. We will definitely be back.“

If you want to have fun and socialize...I Do NOT recommend you go to West Sife Socal because that is not the vibe of this place. More like ANTI social!!! “Peppermill Cafe is our favorite breakfast place. My boyfriend and I have been coming to peppermill for a breakfast date every weekend for the last year or so. “I love Russ' - it is a nice, local chain with very good food, friendly staff, and a quiet atmosphere. I come here about 2-3 times a month to eat breakfast and work on my Bible Study. They are consistent in food prep, my coffee is always being refilled, and I have gotten to know the servers pretty well. Overall one of my favorite places to eat!“

“My husband and I dined here last night. After a long week of driving back and forth to work in the icy cold conditions, the warm coziness of the dining room was very inviting. My husband had the meatloaf and got a very generous tasty portion. I ordered the tenderloin and it was cooked to perfection! The chimchiri was a nice accent to the dish. The brussel sprouts were very well seasoned, not under done. We capped the night off with snickerdoodle cheesecake. From start to finish you could tell everything was thoughtfully prepared and executed; unlike some of these chain places up on Alpine. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. “I usually go to the Arrows, was Rainbow, for their pig in the blankets. I stopped today at the Rainbow Grill in Grandville because on-line menu showed they had pig in the blankets. Glad I did, I found them better than Arrows Restaurant. This will be my new breakfast spot. Check it out, don't miss out.“

- Burger - $13.99: The beef patty was juicy and delicious! Nothing much for special flavor, but just done right! It seemed less messy than normal and not dripping everywhere as far as the patty. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was cooked slightly below that, but I like it a little lighter anyway.

The pretzel bun was the same price as the other choices, so that was a no brainer. It was dense and yet soft and chewy. The toppings were well balanced and yet caused the pieces to slide around a bit. I was able to keep it together, but I had a bit of a mess because of this.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend the burger. Probably one of my top bracket choices in the Grand Rapids area especially because it is a bit cheaper than many others like it. Great value!

- Fries: The fries were amazing. Great texture with the slightly less tough exterior and fluffy interior. The batter added an amazing flavor, too! Another highly recommended aspect of my visit. The fries came with the burger.

My friend tagged along and had the following:

- Cuban - $12.99: The dill pickle and mustard were a great mix and well balanced.

- Tater Tots: A dryer and crispier variety, though not uncommon for many other restaurants. I prefer softer tots, but these were fine. They were served plenty warm! The tots came with the Cuban.

- Caesar Salad - $3.99: Fairly good price for a salad and no complaints.

- Service: It was slow going at first. Took a while to get the water and enter our order. But once the order was made, it came fairly quickly. Everything was as ordered and she handled everything right, just a tad on the slow side. Maybe they were a bit under staffed that night?

- Atmosphere: It is a typical sports bar/restaurant feel. Lots of TVs with sports on (it’s in the name of the place). The is a bar with stools, but there would be little problem having kids there. There were some kids when we stopped by and they had booster seats and high chairs.

- Conclusion: I would definitely have no problem recommending this place based on the food! The website’s menu was outdated and I am posting this with an updated menu. The burger was a dollar more expensive than I was expecting from the website menu. Still a great value, though! They have plenty of great lunch deals and happy hour prices.

Visited on a Thursday at 4:30pm.

Parking: Not a ton right at the restaurant, but the shared parking lot had enough room for us to park a bit further back.“

“We went to culvers tonight in jenison and they kept forgetting our orders they had to bring us food , ice cream four times because they didnt get our orders right.

We ordered waters and a couple sodas after the water because the water tasted chemicaly strong.

It was soo busy only 2 of the registeres were open, the lines were huge tonight.

We ordered fries , onion rings , diff ice creams and they got our orders all messed up tonight .

We wont be back for a while.

“We have been enjoying Culver’s in Standale/Walker since they opened, but, it is our experience that the quality of the food is gradually going down a bit. We usually get the fish sandwiches and also have enjoyed the onion rings, but, our last order was not good. Last Thursday, we ordered two two-piece fish dinners and substituted onion rings for the fries. This was a take-out order. When we got home and began to eat the food, we found the meal to be at a considerably low standard of quality. It tasted as though the oil used to fry both the fish and the rings was “old oil” and needed to be changed. It was quite disappointing for having paid $27 for the two meals expecting a decent fish dinner. We DID, however enjoy the coleslaw.“

“We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long while. We've been missing out! Went to Grandville Texas Roadhouse yesterday (Sunday @ noon). Our wait time for a table for 7 people was very reasonable (20 minutes), our waitress (Annika) was attentive and genuinely sweet, our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and super-delicious! We won't wait so long before coming back!“

“It has been years since I've been here. Since 2017. It was still the same wonderful place! Updated the seasonal menu of course.

I came to visit with a friend's family. There were 5 of us. One was a child.
The staff were courteous, and attentive while not hovering. Perfect.

I had an all meat omelet with home fries and toast. All cooked to perfection. It filled me up so I did not finish my eye toast too!

“We have been going to Red Robin for years. This time, the food was not as good as we would have hoped. The burgers seemed to be much smaller and were missing ingredients from what the menu said. Also, it is getting more expensive. We did have excellent service, though.“

The servers do their best on busy days and the cooks throw the food out as fast as they can, last time I was there my eggs were actually runny and I really didn't want to eat them like that. “It was our 1st time at this location. We were a party of 7 and they took less than 5mins to find us seats. Our waiter Vincent was amazing. He was so polite and attentive. His coworker another older lady wasn't as nice. She was talking bad about Vincent as he was trying to accommodate larger groups to stay as close together as possible. She on the other hand just kept complaining about him taking tables and to just separate the families. That not her problem that they are so many in the groups. Vincent I truly appreciate that you kept my family as together as possible.“
