We have been enjoying Culver’s in Standale/Walker since they opened, but, it is our experience that the quality of the food is gradually going down a bit. We usually get the fish sandwiches and also have enjoyed the onion rings, but, our last order was not good.

Since there's not a code for the survey on the receipt, I was unable to recognize Serenity and the amazing job she did in making me feel valued as a customer to corporate. Just want the owner to know! ;) Really, they have a pretty great team at this location.
I went here yesterday night, they were out of what I ordered. They were very apologetic and made it right! Made me very happy to have someone care about out experience!
