Great coffee and tea offerings. Good bakery type selection.
This has literally got to be the slowest coffee shop in the nation. I’ve been here multiple times and the least amount of time you wait is 10 minutes when there’s two cars in line usually wait 20 to 30 minutes when there’s two cars in line to get one coffee. I don’t understand how it can be so slow when you have at least 3 to 4 people working at one time.
I usually enjoy Biggby, but this visit on 02/18/27 to the Biggby Coffee - Standale was frustrating. There were only four cars ahead of me, yet I waited almost 40 minutes. They were also out of espresso, which was disappointing and not communicated clearly upfront.
I understand places get busy, but better inventory management and faster service would go a long way. Hoping this was just an off day.

Although, customers have reported occasional issues with orders, including mistakes and long wait times. The service is generally outstanding, with staff being described as amazing. The restaurant offers a variety of drinks, including oat milk options, and has a fireplace area where customers can sit and read. Parking is shared with other businesses, but is not usually busy. Wheelchair accessibility is also available, with a ramp and parking space. Overall, BIGGBY COFFEE is a great spot for a family outing or a quiet coffee break.
