they’re just really slow and always mess up my stuff, i just came through to get two mocktails and it took 20 minutes in the drive thru, meanwhile there was only 2 cars ahead of me. also the last time before that when i actually went in the store they lost my order and i waited 30 minutes before they asked me what i was waiting on

Awful Awful Awful worst service ever wait time unacceptable should have had all hands on deck considering the amount of people waiting people walked out 1 girl had a clipboard in her hand while people were waiting for their drinks and food then she went into the bathroom and came out 10 minutes later with her phone in her hand unacceptable

Came in and ordered 4 drinks at 10:30, waited until after 11 and still didn't receive our drinks. We watched as customers that came in and ordered after us got their drinks. We went to the counter to ask about our drinks and the two baristas didn't acknowledge us at all. Finally received our drinks after 45 minutes. Never coming back. They can't compete with the high standards and customer service from Starbucks.

Paid $26 for two bragels and two drinks, neither of them had any cream cheese and this one had a single thin slice of ham. The mint mocha was good but the frozen latte had lots of chunks of ice. Been to plenty of other biggby’s and they’re usually great, this one was not.

This is my second time coming to this Biggby and having them get my order wrong. In addition, their customer service is subpar, especially considering their mistakes. I also gave them a coupon for a discount and they did not apply the discount to my order. They never ask for clarification on orders

I was a BIGGBY fan but this location single handedly turned me into a Starbucks fan. Just went today, no one in line or in store and still took almost 15minites to get a drink. and my coffe wasn't even hot. and on 2/2 still using their holiday cups.

if you have to be anywhere in the morning, please do not go to this fucking location. I waited in line from 7:22 AM until 7:40 to receive my small coffee. when I got to the window they didn't even have my coffee in the system so they had no idea what they were making. When I repeated my order I could see them through the window making cold brew. I asked for a latte, so then she had to remake my drink menu items are very limited. I don't understand why it should take 20 minutes to make something so small the two people in front of me in line only had one item as well. There were two people working in there and nobody was inside either they need to hire more competent staff, or just have more people in the morning people have things to do in place to be in the morning.
