Who ever is running orders 6/24 748pm just put the bag in my window and didn't say anything until I grabbed it, same with the person in front of me. Just a look of disappointment and grumpiness, not my favorite Culver's at the moment. I

This Culver’s is closest to us, and we’re big fans of the cod. And we’re nearly 100% drive thru. Problem is there’s almost always something wrong or missing from the order. For example today the 3 piece cod was missing butter & sour cream, both which we printed clearly on the bag receipt. Also no utensils or napkins. Seems a system of a 2nd person doing a 2nd check would be beneficial. Although maybe management just needs to encourage better efforts.
