This Culver’s is closest to us, and we’re big fans of the cod. And we’re nearly 100% drive thru. Problem is there’s almost always something wrong or missing from the order. For example today the 3 piece cod was missing butter & sour cream, both which we printed clearly on the bag receipt. Also no utensils or napkins. Seems a system of a 2nd person doing a 2nd check would be beneficial. Although maybe management just needs to encourage better efforts.

Food is always good, but every time I go here no matter the day, time, how many cars waiting, mobile order it takes between 15-20 minutes to receive food. I stopped going thru the drive thru because of the wait and started ordering from the mobile app, but this now is taking the same amount of time even when it gives you a time the order will be ready, pull up and still wait 10 minutes to get your desired time order that was supposed to be ready.
