Don’t order the Cod! One picture is what the menu shows the cod sandwich looks like the other is what I got…a fish stick on a bun. It had no flavor at all…even the tartar sauce is completely flavorless. The cheese and the bun were good ??♀️. The onion rings were burnt! The Culver’s in Kentwood is much better and we will not be returning to the Wilson location! Get it together folks! As expensive as the food is, the quality needs to get better!

Good food and clean restaurant. Workers know what they’re doing! Occasional longer wait for food through the drive thru.Dietary restrictions: The gf buns are not great. Very dry. Plus an up charge for the bun or up charge to have a burger be without a bun. Very strange for having less food with more money.

Wife and I went through the drive thru with our little one. We ordered ice cream and were asked to pull forward with order #1. We sat there for 15 minutes or so until we asked the runner what was going on with our order and were told that they ran out of ice cream. Several cars behind us had received ice cream. We then sat several more minutes before the runner told me they had lost my order and I was asked me to come inside to tell them what it was. When I went in I then had to sit in line for several more minutes before I asked for a refund and left since nobody approached me to take my order that we had been waiting on. The gentleman at the cash register was very nice and apologetic. But we spent about 30 minutes to walk away with nothing. Very frustrating especially since they never gave us our original receipt so I couldn't leave a survey beyond a google review. I've attached a photo of the refund I received.

This is a brand new store, kind of out of the way, tucked away behind the Meijer, friendly staff and consistently good food. We like the "Concrete Mixer" shakes.

2 weeks ago I went to culver and ordered through the drive thru. I got two meals with an extra side to split with my family. When I got home I opened the bag and saw that they forgot my cheese curds that I paid for. I called the store and explained my situation and the manager which I cannot remember her named apologized and took down my address to mail me a coupon to get l my cheese curds at no cost on next order. I was satisfied with that because I understand mistakes happen. Now that it’s 2 weeks later I haven’t received anything and now I’m disappointed. I feel as if I was stolen from with no reimbursement. Especially since they charged me for two marinara sauces with nothing to dip in them. I will not forget this and doubt I’ll be a return customer.

As a former employee at two separate culvers, this experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered just one chicken sandwich, which I know take 5-7 minutes to fry from frozen. You genuinely have to just throw it in the basket and press a button, but this procedure somehow took them 15 minutes to do. Fryer and grill food specifically is dropped as soon as you order it at the microphone. I was the first person in line waiting for 12 of those 15 minutes, and the inside of the actual restaurant wasn’t busy either. Not only the long wait, but the food itself wasn’t up to quality either. All of our buns come pre-cooked, and we’re instructed to butter them and toast them in a toasting machine before serving. The usual golden brown bun was replaced with a doughy, chewy undercooked one. I could actually taste the fact that it was undercooked, something I have NEVER seen after four years working in the kitchen. If the entire rack of buns was received like this, the managers of the store should not have accepted it the same way you wouldn’t accept spoiled meat. If it was just this bun amongst the entire rack, whoever was on buns should have discarded of it instead of deeming it fit to be served. There is a timer on the bagger/set position that lists how long the customer has been waiting, and nobody thought to see the 15 minute wait and even apologize or update me on the status of my ONE item.
