“I love Russ' - it is a nice, local chain with very good food, friendly staff, and a quiet atmosphere. I come here about 2-3 times a month to eat breakfast and work on my Bible Study. They are consistent in food prep, my coffee is always being refilled, and I have gotten to know the servers pretty well. Overall one of my favorite places to eat!“

“So we came in after our daughter’s softball game for some food and hopes of watching the White Sox game. Kylie was our server and she was amazing, very friendly and outgoing. She tried to get the game on for us but didn’t know how to do it. She came back and said her manager came in and she is taking care of it. So as we are sitting there, what I assume is the manager, comes over and in a very condescending way says the game is over and they won. My boyfriend is a big fan. I said “oh did he grow up in Chicago?” Again she said rudely comments “color matters.” We asked for the white Sox game and never got it. Food was good, service from Kylie was great, interaction with the manager should have not been that way.“

“Miss rose is the best my family and I been coming for almost 20 years. She has always been there. Knows my family loves everyone equally. She keeps us coming back. I slipped up went to dennys worst mistake of my life I will drove the extra 20 minutes just for the good service and food. It's hard to find people that actually love their job and sje does it shows. Miss rose will always be a family member“

It was everything i wanted. Good Food, Amazing Service, and solid prices.
