I was at this location at 7:58 pm and they would not serve me nor my daughters!!! The 3 individuals working there said they close at 8pm... I told them it wasn't 8pm yet and they said even if they wanted to serve me they could not because the machinery was shut down and they were cleaning!!! THEN IF THAT'S THE CASE, SHUT DOWN AT 7PM OR 7:30 THEN RIGHT!! Where I come from, you serve until it's time to close and most of the time it ran over a few minutes... I just don't get it anymore as these so called corporate business just don't get nor do they care about customer service... I will not be visiting any Starbucks coffee shops after this experience!!!

I've only been to a couple Starbucks but definitely know what a large drink looks like. I paid for a large and got a small. That's wrong to take advantage of someone.
If you want some hot chocolate or coffee for the cold winter months of Michigan, this place is for you. The hot chocolate in the lattes is amazing and will keep you up, but it does not include any sugary liquids or snacks. I like that the interior is very dark, giving the place a vibe. Employees are usually very nice, too. Overall, this place is recommended. ? ☕

Disappointed because they closed around 7:09 the ladie said it was closed but it says closed at 8!!they were already cleaning everything 3 customers were waiting on line as well and they looked disappointed too last time I came around 8 am it wasn’t open until 8:24
