“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“

“The new GM at the Wyoming 28th street location in Michigan was very welcoming and hospitable. My food was hot and fresh. I received great customer service from the other worker as well. I will be going back to that location vs. the other 28th street location.“

“If I were to end up on death row, my last meal would certainly include the burger and salt and vinegar fries from Black Napkin. It is the best burger and fries I've had in my entire life. “I am super disappointed in the change that this Chick-fil-A has made to their drive-through. They have the mobile through that was super convenient. But now it doesn’t matter if you use mobile through because they emerge everyone into one lane and you could end up behind four people that pulled in after you. So there’s no point in using the mobile through anymore. Except that you don’t know until you turn the corner which lane you wanna be in. And by then you’re stuck. Again super frustrating.“

Trevon took what would have been a normal mobile drive-thru pickup and turned it into an extraordinary customer experience. “The food is similar to Popeye. Chicken, fish, shrimp, and sides. Most locations that I'm aware of are located in Marathon gas stations. This particular one is on 44th street in Kentwood, Michigan. The food is pretty tasty for the most part but I think that the owners of both the gas station and the restaurant needs to focus heavily on cleaning both areas of the businesses.“

Confused and disappointed, I came across this nearby spot and decided to ask if they were affiliated. Not only were they not connected, but they were just as shocked as I was about what had happened.

I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“
