“Update-YALL THEY ARE TRYING !! June 17th 2024 today as we do at least once a week ordered 4 original chicken sandwiches 2 reg 2 no pickle As usual I had to pull forward (I don't find this a problem) when. She brought them out she said "I made them fat & juicy for you" OMGoodness they was best we've gotten in a long time!!
Please give them a chance there has obviously been a change in management lately because you can tell they trying!!

“We went through drive through, we were told it would be 25 minutes for the chicken to be done, no problem, the staff were very friendly, chicken was done in less time, as I'm sure others had the full time before us, it was pouring rain and everyone had chicken on their minds. ?? the guy who brought us our chicken was super kind even as he was getting soaked in the rain!Chicken was sizzling hot!Thank you KFC in Pennfield!!“

“Great staff, very friendly, and helpful! Clean, too!
We were given nuggets instead of one of the sandwiches that we ordered. When i took it back up to the counter, the young lady was very apologetic. She quickly grabbed a new one off the rack and said to keep the nuggets on them, as they weren't able to re-sell them.
