“I went through the drive through and ordered a dark meat only meal. They didn’t have enough pieces so they offered me multiple options, including waiting 10 minutes for fresh chicken. No problem! I can wait. Well they sent me home with a larger drink than I ordered, a caramel brownie dessert, a pie, AND extra pieces of chicken just for the wait. None this was necessary but is absolutely appreciated and is the type of thing that makes people and businesses stand out to their customers. The staff that assisted me was lovey and kind. Great experience all around.“

“It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. I arrived late almost closing time and Bear was so kind and helpful. Waiting time was average and pricing was good. Lastly, the chicken was tender and it’s never a miss with my two sides of mashed potatoes / gravy and baked beans. They were delicious. I’m writing this because I want people to know that Bear’s attitude and agility to take orders and have such a positive attitude had an impact on my night. Will be coming back.“
