“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“

“The new GM at the Wyoming 28th street location in Michigan was very welcoming and hospitable. My food was hot and fresh. I received great customer service from the other worker as well. I will be going back to that location vs. the other 28th street location.“

“Best wings in GR. I got sweet bbq wings, but also tried the lemon pepper and honey mustard bbq. All were amazing. The lemon pepper were my favorite. The owner was also really friendly and made everything fresh for us. Will absolutely go back and try more rubs/sauces!“

“I am super disappointed in the change that this Chick-fil-A has made to their drive-through. They have the mobile through that was super convenient. But now it doesn’t matter if you use mobile through because they emerge everyone into one lane and you could end up behind four people that pulled in after you. So there’s no point in using the mobile through anymore. Except that you don’t know until you turn the corner which lane you wanna be in. And by then you’re stuck. Again super frustrating.“

“Fried shrimp was some of the best I've had, fried to perfection and batter was very flavorful. The fries were awful (tasted like the grease was old), the wings (which I was most excited about), were ok at best (could've used more flavor)“

“whenever I have doctor's appointments in downtown Grand Rapids, my hubby always asks me to get food from here. he used to live close to it and misses it SOOOOO much. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. I also think it's soooo cool that they remember my boyfriend, by name, when I showed him a picture of us, and it's been a good 3 years since he has been there physically.“

“I come to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week, and every single visit is fast, friendly, and consistently great. The food is always excellent, and the team does a fantastic job.

“The food is similar to Popeye. Chicken, fish, shrimp, and sides. Most locations that I'm aware of are located in Marathon gas stations. This particular one is on 44th street in Kentwood, Michigan. The food is pretty tasty for the most part but I think that the owners of both the gas station and the restaurant needs to focus heavily on cleaning both areas of the businesses.“

Super fresh, crispy, and the Cajun seasoning gives it real flavor without being too salty or greasy. Tastes more like something you’d get from a legit restaurant. “One of the best places to get gizzards at! Wish they had a location closer to me, but I still go there when I'm in town. Chicken is always well portioned and so juicy & flavorful. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Must try! The livers were okay, didn't have the flavor I wanted, not sure why, but I still ate most of them for the iron. Fries always crispy & delicious! (Not pictured: chicken fingers & fries, onion rings & hush puppies) Didn't try the chicken fingers but my kids said they were delicious and juicy, didn't try onion rings but they were large and crunchy, said to be very good! The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, hot, flavorful and soft on the inside, not too dry either, very tasty!“

“Idk about the atmosphere or service cause I ordered take out but mmmmmmmaaaaaaaannnnnnn im from the south moved here awhile back .I almost stopped eating h the chicken anywhere up here cause it all seemed fake tasted fake was to big for an average chicken .but this place here i wish I found years ago legit chicken taste great the biscuits are a cry for heaven they just melt in your mouth I ate 4 before realizing . So I will Def be orderi g it again .again o ly real tasting chicken iv found at a restaurant since I moved here . “I stay here in 2012 when they gave your food in a brown bag. I just moved back this April and I was coming and the first place I came down division and there's goes the chicken Coop. Chicken still good i brought a 5 piece and demolish it. They service is still good even doe i know it new owner. If you come down division st make sure ya stop at the chicken Coop“

“Been coming here on and off for two years. I’ve never had issues with my orders in terms of food quality/ accuracy or customer service. They have great attitudes despite some of the extremely obnoxious customers I’ve overheard while in line. For having to deal with mobile orders, delivery orders, and drive thru lines around the building their speed is pretty good for the high volume they are doing.“
