“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you“

“The new GM at the Wyoming 28th street location in Michigan was very welcoming and hospitable. My food was hot and fresh. I received great customer service from the other worker as well. I will be going back to that location vs. the other 28th street location.“

“This food is sooo good. When you get up out your seat pacing and shaking your head, you already know. Thought there was no more hope after Chicken Coop declined. This is the best place in all of GR! Food juicy, fresh, flavorful, clean atmosphere, great customer service. Kool Aid brought me back to childhood jump roping in the street. “I am super disappointed in the change that this Chick-fil-A has made to their drive-through. They have the mobile through that was super convenient. But now it doesn’t matter if you use mobile through because they emerge everyone into one lane and you could end up behind four people that pulled in after you. So there’s no point in using the mobile through anymore. Except that you don’t know until you turn the corner which lane you wanna be in. And by then you’re stuck. Again super frustrating.“

“whenever I have doctor's appointments in downtown Grand Rapids, my hubby always asks me to get food from here. he used to live close to it and misses it SOOOOO much. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. I also think it's soooo cool that they remember my boyfriend, by name, when I showed him a picture of us, and it's been a good 3 years since he has been there physically.“

“Fried shrimp was some of the best I've had, fried to perfection and batter was very flavorful. The fries were awful (tasted like the grease was old), the wings (which I was most excited about), were ok at best (could've used more flavor)“

“I hate how much I love this chicken. The fish is ridiculously amazing as well. I crave it on the regular and just wish it were closer to me. My favorite is the tenders with the spicy seasoning. The man in charge is super helpful and has excellent customer service. My only "complaint" is I wish he had more space and seating to eat in.“

“I've been to this location several times, lets say 6?? Staff is always friendly and great. The food I order and receive have been a problem. Once we were missing an order of fries and most recent I received someones nuggets and not my sandwich. I'll be taking a break from them. Im not mad or upset its only food, i should have checked the bag before leaving. I was in work brain and not focused.“

“One of the best places to get gizzards at! Wish they had a location closer to me, but I still go there when I'm in town. Chicken is always well portioned and so juicy & flavorful. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Must try! The livers were okay, didn't have the flavor I wanted, not sure why, but I still ate most of them for the iron. Fries always crispy & delicious! (Not pictured: chicken fingers & fries, onion rings & hush puppies) Didn't try the chicken fingers but my kids said they were delicious and juicy, didn't try onion rings but they were large and crunchy, said to be very good! The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, hot, flavorful and soft on the inside, not too dry either, very tasty!“

“I actually like the chicken to be overcooked, I feel like a lot of fried chicken place can be questionable, is it the best fried chicken I ever had? No, but if I just need cheap fried chicken to go I'd pick this place over a lot of the place in time.“

“Honestly wasn’t expecting much since it’s inside a gas station, but this Krispy Krunchy Chicken is seriously on another level. Super fresh, crispy, and the Cajun seasoning gives it real flavor without being too salty or greasy. Tastes more like something you’d get from a legit restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back — this might be my new go-to spot.“

“Idk about the atmosphere or service cause I ordered take out but mmmmmmmaaaaaaaannnnnnn im from the south moved here awhile back .I almost stopped eating h the chicken anywhere up here cause it all seemed fake tasted fake was to big for an average chicken .but this place here i wish I found years ago legit chicken taste great the biscuits are a cry for heaven they just melt in your mouth I ate 4 before realizing . So I will Def be orderi g it again .again o ly real tasting chicken iv found at a restaurant since I moved here . Real natrual chicken doesn't have puffy meat .again the food was absolutely what I been craving for years .(reminds me of a southern place I use to go) and you need to try the biscuits noooo doubt about it .... thanks“

“I stay here in 2012 when they gave your food in a brown bag. I just moved back this April and I was coming and the first place I came down division and there's goes the chicken Coop. Chicken still good i brought a 5 piece and demolish it. They service is still good even doe i know it new owner. If you come down division st make sure ya stop at the chicken Coop“

“It’s been a very long time since I came to this Popeyes there was always attitudes , never enough food , employees always arguing , come in for door dash sometimes they where rude so i stopped coming for a long time and I was there on 4/13 Very busy rush front counter and drive thru !! Lady Name Teetee , Ronni & young man Jalen was so helpful communicated when there was a wait for FRESH food , not a piece of frustrations or overstimulating they worked very WELL as a team , Jalen was in the kitchen and came to help the front I believe ronni was on drive thru and was helping front as well very good time work ! Absolutely was pleased .. best crew I seen her in a min thank you 3 for making my experience way better !! Will be back“
