Been coming here on and off for two years. I’ve never had issues with my orders in terms of food quality/ accuracy or customer service. They have great attitudes despite some of the extremely obnoxious customers I’ve overheard while in line. For having to deal with mobile orders, delivery orders, and drive thru lines around the building their speed is pretty good for the high volume they are doing.
I wish I would’ve got the counter gals name. She was so nice and polite. Some of Popeyes I have visited. They don’t know that they serve blackened chicken and this lady was on it, including let me know how I can bundle something together and make it a special “Kudos kid❗” I wish Every Popeyes was like this one and that nice gal at the counter. You're worker Austin is fabulous! He is 100% customer service oriented, I don't think he could be any kinder! When they didn't have the item I ordered online, he immediately made it right by offering an alternative + a piece of chicken for my troubles! Now that's customer service, and I will definitely be back!
