The people make the difference. And in this case, they were competent, but not friendly. The food was excellent - hot and well prepared. They served me very quickly. I think they need just a little training on customer service. And what it means to have eye contact and a smile at the counter.

Been coming here on and off for two years. I’ve never had issues with my orders in terms of food quality/ accuracy or customer service. They have great attitudes despite some of the extremely obnoxious customers I’ve overheard while in line. For having to deal with mobile orders, delivery orders, and drive thru lines around the building their speed is pretty good for the high volume they are doing.

I wish I would’ve got the counter gals name. She was so nice and polite. Some of Popeyes I have visited. They don’t know that they serve blackened chicken and this lady was on it, including let me know how I can bundle something together and make it a special “Kudos kid❗” I wish Every Popeyes was like this one and that nice gal at the counter.
