Racially profiled accused of stealing out of my own bag in the drive thru. The entire experience was embarrassing and emotional damaging to me.

They had us pull around to wait on our food and said it would be a 4 minute wait. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to see about our order. It still wasn’t ready. When I was given my order they forgot fries. Very poor service.

The people working there were having some kind of dance party instead of helping about 8 people waiting. No gloves or hair ties being worn ans when they did come up yo help all of us the person said "go" instead of saying how may help you or may I take your order nothing like that but the word go. Will never go back there again.
After idk, maybe the tenth time in a row, I decided to vent frustration through this reviewI'd say about 65-70% of the time they mess up. I regularly get no utensils. I've had to eat mac n cheese with the sandwich bag.Charge me for a large item, give me a smaller one, and then never give me a receipt.Nine times out of ten the employees are curt. I get that it sucks, but it's one of the few things you actually have to put effort into.Also, not on any of the employees, but they have the worst parking lot of any FF chain in the area.

Went for a drive thru pickup. Even though they couldn’t cook my order, (poor management) the employee at the window was so understanding! She helped me place my order and I had it in no time. Props to the staff working these late nights. Wish I knew her name!

Best chicken sandwich for 4,99 the lady taking the order was so nice.
Yesterday 12/21/23 I ordered the BOGO 6 piece chicken wings which was buy 6 get 6 for $1 and I ate it and got horribly sick, I had diarrhea and vomiting 3 hours after eating it. I will never eat there again

They need to pay little more closer to the orders so that ppl who are in Drive thru won't have to look through their items to make sure their order was taken correctly.
