“Best wings in GR. I got sweet bbq wings, but also tried the lemon pepper and honey mustard bbq. All were amazing. The lemon pepper were my favorite. The owner was also really friendly and made everything fresh for us. Will absolutely go back and try more rubs/sauces!“

“I am super disappointed in the change that this Chick-fil-A has made to their drive-through. They have the mobile through that was super convenient. But now it doesn’t matter if you use mobile through because they emerge everyone into one lane and you could end up behind four people that pulled in after you. So there’s no point in using the mobile through anymore. Except that you don’t know until you turn the corner which lane you wanna be in. And by then you’re stuck. Again super frustrating.“

“whenever I have doctor's appointments in downtown Grand Rapids, my hubby always asks me to get food from here. he used to live close to it and misses it SOOOOO much. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. I also think it's soooo cool that they remember my boyfriend, by name, when I showed him a picture of us, and it's been a good 3 years since he has been there physically.“

“This was my first encounter with Chick-fil-A in my adult life. I have since visited countless of times. It’s always been there for me: after good days and bad ones, in the middle of finals week, the end of a busy one, and after a crappy date. It’s reliable and consistent (which is more than many people are these days). I even missed the first 15 minutes of Dune to make a stop here before my movie. I think about this particular location every now and then.“

“One of the best places to get gizzards at! Wish they had a location closer to me, but I still go there when I'm in town. Chicken is always well portioned and so juicy & flavorful. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Must try! The livers were okay, didn't have the flavor I wanted, not sure why, but I still ate most of them for the iron. Fries always crispy & delicious! (Not pictured: chicken fingers & fries, onion rings & hush puppies) Didn't try the chicken fingers but my kids said they were delicious and juicy, didn't try onion rings but they were large and crunchy, said to be very good! The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, hot, flavorful and soft on the inside, not too dry either, very tasty!“

“I stay here in 2012 when they gave your food in a brown bag. I just moved back this April and I was coming and the first place I came down division and there's goes the chicken Coop. Chicken still good i brought a 5 piece and demolish it. They service is still good even doe i know it new owner. If you come down division st make sure ya stop at the chicken Coop“

They have great attitudes despite some of the extremely obnoxious customers I’ve overheard while in line. For having to deal with mobile orders, delivery orders, and drive thru lines around the building their speed is pretty good for the high volume they are doing.“
