Amazing food, I did 10 pieces and went good then my roommate who I recommended this place too got a 50pc or so and okra, when he ordered it, it was dry for the 50pc and the okra tasted like burnt cigs.

Fried shrimp was some of the best I've had, fried to perfection and batter was very flavorful. The fries were awful (tasted like the grease was old), the wings (which I was most excited about), were ok at best (could've used more flavor)

Rika’s Chicken & More LLC is a hidden gem tucked away in a residential downtown GR Westside neighborhood a few blocks from GVSU campus. It is a 1 Lady Show cooked to order, so please be patient and expect a wait, but it is worth the wait. The fried chicken is the best fried chicken ever had, with seasoning that is on point and amazing. The chicken tenders are remarkably tender with the best seasoning in Grand Rapids, and there is a great sauce selection, with spicy BBQ and garlic parm being so good. The chicken wings are excellent, and the Rika chicken bites are good. The fried shrimp was some of the best, fried to perfection with flavorful batter. The portions are great, and there are great prices in a tight economy. The old location had koolaid.
