“When I say this place is nostalgic for me! It has touch points to my entire childhood, so when I heard it re-opened, I knew this had to be my first stop off the plane when I visited GR! I met the owner and we talked for what felt like an hour, she's so personable, warm and welcoming. She's a gem to the community!

The food was delicious, wings hit like they used to, fries were good. Both with the perfect blend of seasoning!

“Chikfila is the our favorite place for an on the go meal. They are always friendly and on point. Couldn't be happier with the food and the service. Big shout out to Poe at the Kalamazoo avenue location. He is always such an amazing person to talk to and order with. My wife and I really enjoy ordering with him!“

“On January 5, 2024 at 9:58 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. A recorded voice said the store had just closed. I was going to pull away when a very nice young lady with medium length brown straight hair and a black sweater/jacket on (I didn't get her name) walked up to my truck and offered to take my order. She then ran in to the restaurant and met me at the window and finished the transaction. I am very appreciative of her efforts. The other two people (one a young man that was dressed like a manager) that waited on me were also so polite and friendly. The young lady who waited on me deserves 10 stars! Also, from the drive-thru window you can see in the kitchen and I was very impressed with how clean the place looked, and how neat the staff looked. So incredibly different compared with the service provided at the other fast food places in the area. Chick-fil-A is my new favorite. Great food, clean environment, exceptional service. Thank you!!!“

“Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“

“Black Owned and family based company with the most positive outlook on helping ❤️???? people and making creative deals to support family with low income, and benefits to the minority communities never spoken on who receive most of these types of benefits like Snap Benefits or EBT, just to name a couple that’s been close to none getting those types of Benefits out of Grand Rapids County or Kent County; but that’s for another topic! This is all about this wonderfully bellyful of goodness that’s makes you scream out loud! With that tasty crack seasoning ? you just gotta try over and over again!
