“I've been to this location several times, lets say 6?? Staff is always friendly and great. The food I order and receive have been a problem. Once we were missing an order of fries and most recent I received someones nuggets and not my sandwich. I'll be taking a break from them. Im not mad or upset its only food, i should have checked the bag before leaving. I was in work brain and not focused.“

“Honestly wasn’t expecting much since it’s inside a gas station, but this Krispy Krunchy Chicken is seriously on another level. Super fresh, crispy, and the Cajun seasoning gives it real flavor without being too salty or greasy. Tastes more like something you’d get from a legit restaurant. “I have loved KFC since I was a kid. husband wanted it so bad last night so we ventured out. got home the chicken was luke warm but not bad. we got the $20 fill up. 8 pieces of chicken. I pulled out the first piece and thought it was a given nugget but it was a wing, second piece same thing. I counted the pieces thinking maybe they just threw these I but no they counted it a piece. check this out.“

“I went thru the drive-thru and it was very busy. The car in front had a large order. While I had to wait a little longer it was totally fine. The food was hot and ready to go as soon as I got to the window to pay. The gentleman that helped me (he may have been the manager) was fast, efficient and friendly. “This food is sooo good. When you get up out your seat pacing and shaking your head, you already know. Thought there was no more hope after Chicken Coop declined. This is the best place in all of GR! Food juicy, fresh, flavorful, clean atmosphere, great customer service. Kool Aid brought me back to childhood jump roping in the street. “Went in for breakfast our waitress Deb was superb. The food was delicious. However first couple times I went for dinner was not impressed with the seasoned meat felt like it was a bit bland. Have not tried dinner again since letting the training kick in and see if it gets better. But the food for breakfast everything I have had so far is amazing smells good ? tastes good. “whenever I have doctor's appointments in downtown Grand Rapids, my hubby always asks me to get food from here. he used to live close to it and misses it SOOOOO much. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. I also think it's soooo cool that they remember my boyfriend, by name, when I showed him a picture of us, and it's been a good 3 years since he has been there physically.“

“One of the best places to get gizzards at! Wish they had a location closer to me, but I still go there when I'm in town. Chicken is always well portioned and so juicy & flavorful. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone! Must try! The livers were okay, didn't have the flavor I wanted, not sure why, but I still ate most of them for the iron. Fries always crispy & delicious! (Not pictured: chicken fingers & fries, onion rings & hush puppies) Didn't try the chicken fingers but my kids said they were delicious and juicy, didn't try onion rings but they were large and crunchy, said to be very good! The hush puppies were crispy on the outside, hot, flavorful and soft on the inside, not too dry either, very tasty!“
