“I come to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week, and every single visit is fast, friendly, and consistently great. The food is always excellent, and the team does a fantastic job.

Today, though, I had an experience that truly stood out. I encountered one of the friendliest, most positive employees I've ever come across at any fast-food restaurant, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized.

Trevon took what would have been a normal mobile drive-thru pickup and turned it into an extraordinary customer experience. His smile was genuine, his attitude was contagious, and he made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I pulled up. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Trevon went above and beyond without even trying—he was simply being himself.

Chick-fil-A is incredibly lucky to have an employee like Trevon. He's the kind of person who makes customers want to come back again and again. His positive attitude reflects so well on the entire restaurant.

“I have loved KFC since I was a kid. husband wanted it so bad last night so we ventured out. got home the chicken was luke warm but not bad. we got the $20 fill up. 8 pieces of chicken. I pulled out the first piece and thought it was a given nugget but it was a wing, second piece same thing. I counted the pieces thinking maybe they just threw these I but no they counted it a piece. check this out.“

“Took 70minutes for the line at 430 on Saturday, So plan ahead. The fries with salt and special sauce are excellent. Burgers were just a smash burger to me. Got the classic triple and a double. Their version of a coke was a nice for a 1 time thing.“

“ordered the flavored fried chicken with fries and it was a really satisfying meal. the chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated with plenty of seasoning that added great flavor. the fries were hot, crispy, and paired perfectly with the chicken. definitely a meal i'd order again.“

“As someone visiting from out of town, I had a rough experience when I placed an order with what turned out to be an abandoned location. Confused and disappointed, I came across this nearby spot and decided to ask if they were affiliated. Not only were they not connected, but they were just as shocked as I was about what had happened.

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“
