I'm not sure if this is a corporate store or single owner franchise. Whoever manages this location, please pay attention. On the night of June, 29 2023 at appx. 7:40 p.m. I entered to sit down and have dinner. After being helped, the person, whom I assume was the shift manager (I didn't ask her name because after this incident, I didn't care at all) began shouting at an employee named Cole. They finally figured out how not too overcook the chicken ... Must be they got a manager that cares what their food looks and especially tastes like before they serve it too the Customer... Good Job .. Keep it up.Parking: Not busy because still only drive thru.

I go to this KFC often and am impressed. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. The only loss is no online orders attached his store which really stinks but I normally order at the counter anyway.The lines can get long but they don't take long overall. Plus the food is always good and hot. I will continue to go here but hope they add online deals and ordering soon.
