Panera is a good quality soup, salad, and sandwich shop. Menu has a decent variety to meet most tastes. The is particular branch appears clean and the food was of expected quality. Ordered online and food waa not ready when posted. Had to wait an additional 10 mins. Staff appeared to be tired and overwhelmed. For the cost it was good food and tolerable service.
Polite staff. Food was good. Place was filthy. Dozen tables not cleaned and only three tables of people...so it's not like a bunch of people just got up and walked out. No one came out to wipe down any tables while we were there eating either.

Panera Bread is a super place to eat and one of the favorite places to meet friends for chatting. They have fancy coffees and many sandwiches, soups, and salads, including 'clean' eating choices. Some things on the menu change but most is consistent, so even a picky eater can find something loved. The food is always great and excellent. However, service can be very slow. At one location, ordering at the kiosk took forever to get food—at least 20 minutes—because workers were slow and joking around. One person making all the food said it always happens from 3-4 each day. Another guest experienced the pick up being behind the counter, even when marked as ready, requiring a wait to ask. The atmosphere is okay, but the flow of this particular restaurant is not very intuitive with limited signs to direct traffic. While staff and hanging out are loved, the service could use improvement for those who are not frequent guests.
