“OUTSTANDING hosts, AMAZING servers, GREAT team members overall. The managers are doing a great job with this team. The food came out great and our server was so attentive. I’d recommend going here, me and my friends come in around the weekends usually and we never fail to have a great experience however. Sometimes we come across a host, she’s a shorter blonde girl, my friend overheard a conversation one week and we think her name is Kylie? She’s sweet ! However not as attentive as the others. She’s normally on her phone when we come in with her back turned to the door. This Applebees has always felt like home to us ! And we could care less if we see employees on their phones however she’s the only one who doesn’t make up for it by being ready you know?The carside is ALWAYS on top, The host are genuinely sweet and considerate, My favorites are the taller kid(I think his name is Cesar), and Andrew ! And all severs rules the top of my list!This place in my opinion is the restaurant of the year ! Applebees all 2024!“
“Quinton did a fantastic job with our service tonight. He was attentive but not overbearing (refilled my drink silently before I even thought to ask for a refill) and overall, I think he does a fantastic job as a waiter. Great demeanor, easygoing and kind. The food was great and came out promptly and was hot too. Overall very pleased.“
“Great energy & staff. Food pricey & had to order separate items to make a meal to end up spending almost $30 each. Will rethink my choices next time I go. Lol. I ordered the cheapest single hamburger without cheese & still got charged for cheese, but I also received cheese, but they were hopping & it wasn't a big deal tbh, just price difference. But again, great staff, their energy was great & it was actually well kept up & clean. Props to this location ?? all 5*'s thanks a million team that was there when I was.“
“Quite a wait BUT church had just gotten out. Not their fault. Host and waitress were quite friendly; the server who brought our food was not. Asked a question and she rolled her eyes at us. Got the waffle combo. Enjoyed the Belgian waffle with strawberries on top!“
“Stopped in last night and wanted to just unwind. Place was clean and the live dj was a bonus. The bartender Josie meet me with a great smile and personality. She took great care of me and took my drink order and got my food for me right away. Will definitely be back.“
“It's a shame there aren't more stand-alone Diary Queens in the area. But this little kiosk in the Rivertown Crossings mall will fill your cravings for the occasional waffle cone or Flurry. Plus, this location doubles as an Orange Julius, so get your fruit smoothies here too! Complete with health additives, the smoothies can be pretty good.“
“Maybe it’s just me, but the environment alone is the reason why this is my favorite Wendy’s of all. With all of the Wendy’s updating to the modern style, this one is stuck in an earlier decade in the best way possible. It feels good to go to a place that looks old still (but is still upkept inside) Every time I come here I get exceptional service. One time my husband and I went for a date night, and they served us, bringing our food to the table for us and asking if there’s anything else they can get for us. My husband and I were joking together that we were at the 5 star Wendy’s. They also gave me many compliments about my jewelry and smile, being incredibly friendly.“

“The food was great, no exceptions to this. The service, well what can I say. In an atmosphere where no one wants to work, they are doing their absolute best and it worked. Unfortunately, you must order from a digital kiosk, with no human contact, and your order is called out at the counter. Not like it used to be, when they had plenty of counter help, waitresses and busboy's. But like I said I worked, and we got all over our food that we ordered and it was correct and hot. So no complaints. I will definitely be going back. And we went to the Steak 'n Shake on Kenowa in Grandville.“
