It is 2026, and we all know how difficult it is to find and keep a great service team; management should be supporting these workers by ensuring quality control. “We didn’t check what time they closed so we were kind of jerks and showed up half hour before closing. Even still the staff was all wonderful. It was our first time here so we took a minute ordering, but she was still sweet waiting patiently. When we got the food it was all excellent. They even took my mom’s/grandmas burger back to cut it in half because they always share one. I will definitely be returning hopefully while they still have the Krispy krab burger.“

“If you know me you know I rarely go out to eat. I don’t even have a microwave and I don’t eat anything in packages. So I eat very healthy for around 19 years now. I enjoy this place so much I’ve been there twice in a week, and purchased 22 meals from their weekly package meals. And I am so impressed with the quality and how tasty the meals are I’m adding their meals to my weekly grocery list. Thank you so much for a healthy quality choice to our town. “We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. Stop on in if you’re in the area!“

“Very quiet for a lunch. Traffic is much high for the dinner evening hours. Had a salad so food ok but not wonderful, service was super but few customers at time we were there. Go back occasionally but but not a favorite just a place to go with reasonable pricing“

“We made a reservation and asked for a quieter area and they accommodated without question. Food and drinks were good ... service was good. The bar took a bit to get our orders out but the server was very communicative about where they were in the process. One in our party has a gluten allergy and while they did have gluten free buns available for burgers, there were very limited sides to choose from to swap out for the fries. The server did know about cross contamination from the fryer and returned to the table to say there was gluten in the turkey burger that was ordered. Cole slaw and salad were really the only sides to choose from. One suggestion is to include GF (gluten free) markings on the menu like you have for Vegan and Vegetarian items. It would have made searching the menu so much easier!“

Just a short drive from Gerald Ford Airport, Railtown Brewing offers friendly service and terrific beers to enjoy before you head out of town. Their burger was not too shabby either.“

“We are a Greek family and love the Greek dishes that Leo's Coney Island offers. We have dined there frequently, often bring friends. The food is always good and the service fantastic. That being said; however, we have decided not to dine there any longer during the cold months, as the owner chooses to keep the dining room quite frigid. We heat our home at 68 degrees and are comfortable at that temp. We have tried mutliptle visits to Leo's Coney Island this winter...and each time the dining room has always been uncomfortablly chilly. When we pay to go out to eat, dining with our winter coats on and still being cold is not a relaxing or enjoyable dining experience. We gave it another try last night visiting around 5:30pm (hoping the furnace was turned up). The dining area was extremely C-O-L-D! This could be why there were not many customers there? We asked the waitress if the heat could be turned up, and she replied, "No, the only person allowed to adjust the temperature is the owner, and he is not here". NOTE to Owner: Saving money by turning down the heat in the cold of winter does not provide a pleasant dining experience for your customers and certainly cannot be good for your business! “I stopped here on the way to the airport for a quick bite. The breakfast sandwich was really good. The dining room is similar to that of the old coffee shops. The service was good and fast. The prices were awesome, we ate for around $16 for 2 people, including tip. I would recommend to family and friends.“

“I can't believe I actually have to leave a review for a fast food establishment, but with the increase in prices everywhere as well as terrible service I've got to at least give this one some credit.

Our last five times going this year alone have been fantastic. The Whoppers actually edible and every burger taste better. The fries are good, service is good.

Basically my point is this, every fast food place is overpriced, every fast food place has terrible service for the most part, this Burger King is basically like a three out of five in 2019 standard. However based on 2026 fast food demographics, they're doing extremely well customer service wise.

Your price is are still outrageous Burger King, but I'm sure the COVID supply is still an issue right........“
