My first and last visit there. I felt like an inconvenience to the employee (who basically threw my order at me with the dirtiest look ever). The hashbrowns were disgusting also.
Stopped in today May 6th with my friend for our free coffee for Nurses Week. Everyone working was so friendly and welcoming. They were genuinely happy to make us our coffees. Thank you! Also, Dunkin was the only restaurant in the Grandville area that followed through with honoring their “freebie for nurses”.
I grew up in Chicago where Dunkin has been around for years, so I know how donuts and coffee should be from a Dunkin store. I have given Jenison Dunkin multiple chances.
They have made my specialty drink wrong the past 3 visits. I got my kids a chocolate iced drink last time and it tasted like they did not wash out the blender from the previous drink. It had to be thrown away. The donut selection is poor and the donuts come out tasting stale/off.
