Stopped in today May 6th with my friend for our free coffee for Nurses Week. Everyone working was so friendly and welcoming. They were genuinely happy to make us our coffees. Thank you! Also, Dunkin was the only restaurant in the Grandville area that followed through with honoring their “freebie for nurses”.

I go here all the time and always get the same order. Past 3 visits its just gotten worse and worse and ive gotten the exact order everytime. Today I went and It‘s straight milk. My coffee tastes like milk and only milk and it barely even has a brown color its almost pure white. This used to be my go to dunkin but idk anymore. Plus the lady gave us attitude when we went to pay

So, we live in an app world where you Order everything in advance and it’s ready and waiting for you when you get to drive-through. The ordering process was fine, the order was correct, and the donut holes tasted fine. No complaints.
