I went through the drive through, just looking for a little pick-me-up after a rough couple of days. I wasn't expecting much, but the worker who took my order and gave me my food, Edward, was just so completely wonderful. These days workers like that are hard to come by. So often I go to restaurants or fast food places and feel so unwelcomed and unwanted, yet Edward was so kind. Their customer service was 10/10, will definitely be frequenting Wendy's more often because of that.
Not a great experience tonight. Lobby closed at 8. No straws given in bags.Look, I get it that places are short staffed and I'm not necessarily blaming the workers that were there tonight, but there should have been a sign on the door or something.Update:Still not great. It's close to home so we have it another try after church.Ordered a pretzel baconator and a bacon double stackNo bacon on either sandwich.Not sure what it is about this location. The food is great, but I do feel the hudsonville location needs a little more training on customer service. Some of the people are very short. I tend to go on off-peak times, so maybe they are stressed out pre busy or post busy. It will not stop me from going, but maybe corporate needs to help them a little.
