“I did my first ever mobile order today and I guess I just wasn’t paying attention or didn’t know how to use the app correctly, but I accidentally ordered a hot coffee instead of a cold one. When I showed up to pick up my order, I asked if the ladies could change it to an iced coffee instead, they were so nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time at all and just made me a new one.
