Went to get and iced teddy bear and when I got to work and took a drink of it, it tasted awful! I looked and it was FULL of coffee grounds. The bottom was filled and you could see them floating through out the whole drink! ? it was awful!!
50 percent of the time the workers get my order wrong. Drinks are cold or the wrong drink at last half of the time. Everyone that works there is a kid and they are very slow (the longest I’ve waited was 25 minutes before busy driving away), and incompetent. The employees act like they don't want you there. They have no ability to work separately from each other. And SLOW!!! Omg so slow! I watched 3 people make one order, and then all three came to drive through, and when I asked if they were training, I was told no, they are all trained!
