Fun place with great food!
Running labor margins too tight.
Reading through previous reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue over several months.
The throughput here is way too slow. 3 people is not enough to handle a drive through, a lobby, and online orders.
Look at 7 Brew in Holland, they spend enough on labor and people get in long lines there because it’s fast and efficient.
I’m here for an order for my office. I’ll do this somewhere else next time....read full review

Was in Michigan for a weekend and came across Biggby’s. Instantly became addicted to the Cherry Sakura Splash Red Bull Mocktail!!! Stopped every time I had a chance while in Michigan. Wish you’d come to Madison Wis area! :)

BIGGBY COFFEE offers a hit or miss experience. The employees seem distracted, with mistakes like missing cream cheese in an everything bagel. The drinks, like the Campfire Latte and white chocolate Caramel Latte, are good but not exceptional. The service at the drive-thru can be slow, with long waits even when there are few customers. Overall, the coffee quality is comparable to Dunkin Donuts, making BIGGBY COFFEE an average choice for a caffeine fix.
