A few years ago I had a bad experience and never bothered to come back. We went in today because my daughter wanted spaghetti and it was great! The food was hot and fresh. The service was amazing. And it was squeaky clean. Thanks ladies!
I was so impressed by how clean this entire restaurant was. The service was quick and friendly. I was very surprised that the food was delivered to the table and they grated fresh mozzarella cheese for my dish. What a great service for a fast food restaurant. The breadsticks are my favorite at Fazoli's. I ate six of them. They were perfectly baked and seasoned.

The staff was very friendly. The young girl that waited on my group really seemed to enjoy working there and did a fantastic job!! She made sure to ask each of us if we wanted to make our dinners a combo. She is a real asset to your company. After we were served, she came out with the other employees to clean. Everything was spic and span!
