Fazolis used to be a nice place to eat but wow did it get bad. Service is meh, food is bland and it's really not worth the money to eat there. Unless you're really hard up for meh food there's better choices for the same price. Sadly taco bell is higher quality then the the food here.

The staff was very friendly. The young girl that waited on my group really seemed to enjoy working there and did a fantastic job!! She made sure to ask each of us if we wanted to make our dinners a combo. She is a real asset to your company. After we were served, she came out with the other employees to clean. Everything was spic and span!
Customer service is almost always fantastic.They're so kind to my daughter who is obsessed with their breadsticks and I'm sure eats about 10 while there ?My rating is because the food (besides the breadsticks lol) is always a hit or miss. Sometimes it's good.... sometimes its just not.
A few years ago I had a bad experience and never bothered to come back. We went in today because my daughter wanted spaghetti and it was great! The food was hot and fresh. The service was amazing. And it was squeaky clean. Thanks ladies!
