“I always go to this Biggby, it is convenient since it is by my house, plus they take the time to really get to know their customers and today it showed! My husband went to get Biggby this morning and even though he has been with me for years to order my drink...and it isn't hard...Frozen Neopolitain with no whip...my husband couldn't exactly remember! You got to love husbands, they try! However, as soon as the batrista saw my husband's Jeep he goes oh, no your wife normally gets espresso in it, we will make a new one! The baristas (like Marshiana, Gabe, Becca, Joey, and many other baristas) have always been smiling, very professional, friendly, polite, and overall very pleasant to interact with.
