“Sparkling green tea lemonade for my upset stomach. 10/10. I’m a coffee gal, but I had to switch it up that day. That magical drink of sparkling green tea lemonade was the perfect sweetness and extremely refreshing. Extra kudos to the lovely lady at the window who was extremely pleasant. If I lived closer, this would be my go to spot! They put Tim Hortons to shame. Also had the bacon and Gouda soufflé, which was super hot and equally tasty. I know probably not great for my stomach but I had to try it!“

“I always go to this Biggby, it is convenient since it is by my house, plus they take the time to really get to know their customers and today it showed! My husband went to get Biggby this morning and even though he has been with me for years to order my drink...and it isn't hard...Frozen Neopolitain with no whip...my husband couldn't exactly remember! You got to love husbands, they try! However, as soon as the batrista saw my husband's Jeep he goes oh, no your wife normally gets espresso in it, we will make a new one! The baristas (like Marshiana, Gabe, Becca, Joey, and many other baristas) have always been smiling, very professional, friendly, polite, and overall very pleasant to interact with. I have heard in the drive thru in front of me regulars come through who are on a first name basis. This is the Starbucks that will always make your day better. They make the drinks right, they are consistently the same every time, and they are more than happy to help with anything you need. “I recommend this store only because I have never had an issue with any of my orders. However........ It would be awesome if there was just a consistent protocol for those who order ONLY hot water. I don't want to pay almost $4 for 2 hot waters because you're charging me for tea that I didn't ask for. This seems to change depending on whose working. Just a few days ago, I was told I could just ask for hot water and not be charged because it's water. I honestly don't even mind paying for the water but when you order a large cold ice water, I think it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $1, maybe $1.25. Where I used to work, it was .25 because you were being charged for the cup. Why not do the same for the hot waters because charging $3.79 for 2 hot waters because it apparently HAS be rung up as 2 hot teas when I don't even want the tea is just highway robbery. I've used those POS computers. Menu item buttons can be added and removed.“
